Shane, Internet dabbling I have not. I considered AOL last December just because of the mo, even though I don't really care for the company like you and Wintel, didn't pull the trigger. I missed a double, but, my prob is selling, so I might have ridden it back down. I talked my wife out of AMZN, same thing. Barron's article (Amazon.BOMB) was a real punch in the gut, or kick lower. Says, like Grove of all people did in public last week or so, that ALL companies are becoming Internet companies in the respect that they all must sell over the Internet or not compete. So, who needs a middleman, ala Amazon, selling books, CDs, etc. Article even poked fun at AMZN in the age old fashion, 'lose a little on each sale, but make it up on volume.' Amazon's bricks and mortar/capital are a home depot type warehouse and a few PC servers fer crissakes.

I like the mantra being spread more and more by the analysts that they recommend investing in the internet by buying the companies that provide all the infrastructure: IBM, Cisco, Sun, Intel, HP, EMC (own stock in half of those, shoulda bought'em all). Nice run in LSI also, and if we are to believe it reading here, another double quite possible. I remember predictions like that a couple, three years ago also. Is LSI remade that much?

Tony
