I wouldn't say there is no risk at any price! But agree it is low. As for as TA we are extremly oversold by any TA indicator. So when it does go up it will go up in a big way! TA valuation? Not really a good way to value a stock but a liner regression line from Jan 95 to present is at about 10 which corresponds to some fundamental valueation seen here. Not a good way to value stocks but price's do tend to gravitate around these lines. As for as Smart Money is Dumb Money I agree. Look at a chart of APM last July. Nobody wanted it at 20 or 15 or a few at 10. But it came from about 9 to its present price of 59 1/2! Now I guess it is worth that price. But obiously now it was worth a lot more than 9 last July! But I bet many people didn't think so back then.
