To All Here is a brief summary of the PC Magazine article. This was part of an article on the 3com Palm III,there was a section in the article that talked about encrypting the data using Jaws L5,some of the comments were as follows. Jaws L5 is an industrial strength data encryption application for memo pad files the product is easy to install and use.Jaws L5 installs smoothly on the Palm III.They talk about the way files can be set up individually or by category or both ways.They make the comment that Encryption takes place almost immediately.Individual memos can be encrypted with different passwords,providing an extra level of security. It also states in the article,To save memory and maximize security,Jaws L5 overwrites unencrypted files with encrypted files.The application uses a long-BUT FAST-4096 bit encryption algorithm and has other features to deter hackers,such as random encryption patterns and encrypted text that varies in length from the original text.JAWS L5 data encryption secures data like a steel trap.
