Would it not fall into the work description of an office of a pubco to drop stockwatch or for that matter all the news outlets an email and update them as to what your company does?? Who is supposed to inform the public as to what your company does if not your IR department. Excuses aside it shows that there is a lack of attention to detail at BZI cubicle. Here is the info the CSX has for Brisio so apparently they have not informed the exchange re the change of business either....
