Not so, say Medicare beneficiaries. A survey conducted by Ayres, McHenry and Associates found that 95% of those who self-enrolled had no problem signing up or had their problem resolved in the first 10-weeks. 85% have had no problems since they signed up, and another 2% had a problem which is resolved. Of those already enrolled in Medicaid who were automatically enrolled, where most complaints came from, 90% say they’ve used the new program without problems, and another 4% had problems which were resolved.
