Larry, MSFT's market cap will be nearing 500 billion soon and with 5 billion shares outstanding that will increase(decrease) rapidly.If dell becomes the #1 PC company worldwide they should command a larger market cap as well. When the day comes for MSFT to have a mkt cap of 1 trillion that will be problematic for some, as they question whether any company should be worth that much.
