What's strange is my Win98SE does have the tool. Gottfried What's amusing to me is that I just looked at mine and I'm running the full installation Win Me. Dell sent me the full version,not an upgrade,because they failed 3 times to add my name to the upgrade list. I wiped the hard drive clean before installing it so perhaps that is why I'm experiencing no problems with ME. Or perhaps just plain lucky.:) Ed
