Hi All,
According to Marc:

" I spoke with Tom this past week and he told me that the
Share holders meeting will be either the end of May or
beginning of June..."

I looked up hotel prices around that time. The end of May is
Menorial Day and the prices are higher. After the beginning of
June, the prices are on average $20 lower per night.
