Remembering that Pace is using MetaTrust, I find the connection to Magex (another UK company) interesting.

Notice that the recent insider buying is coming from Mr. Lockwood who has a Goldman Sachs background.

Notice this from the link:

In April 2000 Magex established itself as an independent company, after receiving US$80 million in its first round equity funding from major investors including Goldman Sachs, Capital Z Financial Services and Universal Music Group. Backed by NatWest, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Magex has significant banking expertise behind it.

And notice how much of Magex is tied to ITRU (from the Glossary):

How it Works

Select some Content

While you are browsing your favourite website, you may see something you're interested in downloading, for example a music track and, soon, a video game, or novel. The Magex logo on the website tells you the content is protected within a DigiBox® container - a secure container to protect the file from piracy.

Set up your Magex Wallet

To open the file, you need to create a Magex wallet.

Simply download our FREE software and create your own account by entering in your personal details - you should only need to do this once. Within this process you will be asked if you want to add funds to your wallet - this will allow you to pay for the music that you have downloaded. Of course, you don't need to do this if the music is free, as you can add funds to the wallet whenever you want!

Listen to the Music

All you need now is a Music Player - Magex currently uses the Rioport Audio Manager, but in future there will be a host of players to choose from. The Rioport Audio Manager allows consumers to copy, download, organise and playback audio files on PC or portable digital players.

Enjoy more Choice

Now you have a Magex wallet, you're open to a whole new world of quality digital content. And not only does Magex allow you gain access to content, it also offers a range of flexible payment options, so you can choose to pay-per-play, rent content for a set time, or make an outright purchase.

Spread the Word

So you enjoyed the music so much you want to recommend it to a friend - no problem! You can send the file to a friend via email - just like any other mail. Your friend will have to set up a Magex wallet to play the music, as it will still be protected inside the DigiBox® container. If they haven't got a wallet - you can direct them to the Magex web site to open an account for free and they'll soon be enjoying the music you sent.

Keeping Track

You can keep track of your digital purchases anytime using your on-line Magex wallet. Magex makes a record of all your digital purchases and pays all the various content providers. The only organisation you have to deal with is Magex, who are backed by NatWest Bank, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, so your money is in very safe hands. Download Magex now to start buying.
