Market risk remains relatively low by the v-Wave's reckoning. However, there's some signs of suspicion starting to show up. This week there were 7 stocks in the VAlue Line 1700 that were up more than 100% in the latest 13 weeks. This has been increasing slowly for several weeks. It indicates the start of some speculative buying in the market. While not something that is alarming as of right now, (these trends can go on for literally months) but it does indicate a change from recent times. Just two months ago there wasn't a single stock that was up 100% in all of VL. So, we'll keep an eye on this somewhat subjective indication. Best regards, Tom
