It's amazing to me that some will look all the way to Washington for a villain in this mess and overlook the thief with his hand in your pocket. It's a typical California attitude that is the reason this problem will never go away. Get used to high utility bills. Get used to a reduced lifestyle. Get used to higher and higher taxes. Get used to politicians screwing up every aspect of your life. Californians are just too easily fooled.
