Vin, This puppy has been at 1/ 16 X 3/32 for ever now we are at .17, I say hold something has to be going on here. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Last month I pretty much wrote the stock off. I will give you a prefect example why not to sell. I bought a penny stock several years ago for .23cents it went nowhere for two years so I sold it for .25. Today it trades for around $20.00 I would have made over a half a million dollars. Now I'm not saying cotg will be a stock like that but you never know someone could be buying the company.
