When dealing with a person who has trouble understanding complex issues it is best that the resolution of disputes go to an indeprendent panel, something central to Canada's bargaining position. I am glad to see that the mechanism for dispute resolution is intact.


It isn't political as much as it is about simple understanding. I have no doubts that Trump is barely functional in terms of literacy and has an elementary understanding of complex issues. The flashcards in Europe should embarrass all Americans (that they worked so well). He is and will always be Precedent Trump to me and I don't care what anyone thinks of that conclusion, I don't like Kim, I don't like Vladimir and I don't like Donald, not my a-team thanks.
