Hubris

...a threat to.... a free society. In another place...
the fall of capitalism. Could anyone with all of his
marbles believe all of these manic ravings.

Consistency? MSFT is completely evil. There is nothing
good that can be said about NSFT. I read in Forbes this
week that MSFT has granted more than 50 mm options for
the last 3 years. This is a part of the conspiracy for
MSFT to take over the world.

Market Share

Before the law suit NSCP and MSFT were both claiming about
70 % market share. With the law suit both would try to
lowball their share. It would be very damaging to MSFT's
defense if NSCP could show 20 or 30 % share, but I don't
think they can.

I don't think that anyone should be shy about judging legal
arguements. When all of this has been decided the final
judgement will have to be acceptable to people- even to
the MSFT shareholders.
