I am cooking a geography assignment. They 're having cultural day tomorrow and have to bring something from Europe or Africa or I guess anywhere but AMerica. Jan, my best friend, had to fly today, so I told her I'd do her son's too, which made me feel very responsible, so I spent a couple of hours reading recipes. ANd found an Easter stew that sounded seasonally fitting. But it called for lamb lungs.
So I'm making Greek Honey Cakes and Orange Cake.
