Good job Amy! I know many investors are probably concerned not just about their holdings in OZON but with the overall market right now. So first I would like to address the overall market. Stockmarkets do not sell off forever with falling interest rates. I see this morning the long bond has slipped under 6%. Wow! Sure there are problems overseas that will effect our holdings short term in the market but what we have long term here is a great buying opportunity.
Now OZON. If anyone looks carefully at the finacial statements of the company they will reach several conclusions. First revenues at the company are growing rapidly for the first time in a sustainable fashion. Unfortunately expenses are as well. That may not sound entirely great but those growing expenses will not be a problem for Cyclopss anymore than it is for the numerous biotech stocks I have followed throughout the years. There is no longer any chance that OZON will be delisted or in need of any reverse splits. More financing for the company is readily available. In fact I personally would like to get in on the next round. The thing is there is a huge market for Cyclopss's technology and current products. HUGE!!!
Folks please reread the press release on the last round of financing:
