Settlement is imminent According to a Fred Hager (http://www.fredhager.com) newsletter just released he concludes that a settlement is imminent! This is based on expert legal advice and a lot of due dilligence on the part of fredhager.com. I could't agree more!!! It also seems that Fred is dedicating his entire staff to the Rambus-case these days. I have followed Fred for many years and he has been right all along even though his timing has been off due to unforeseen circumstances (such as the outcome of the first Virginia trial). If he continues to be right I believe Jim Rockwell's forecast (found at stocksandmoney.com is right on and may even be conservative :-)
