you could feel even more confident (or perhaps not) if you could get your hands on the quite-overdue financials for the prior quarter; still no sign of them on EDGAR.

They should provide the detailed explanation as to why SNCG and HTEH had to give significant amounts of stock in each company to the unnamed "international investment groups" to settle claims against SNCG. (that stock represents substantial dilution for YOU, like at least 1/3.) That settlement had to produce a large loss for SNCG during that quarter and probably requires a restatement of prior quarters' earnings if proper (FASB) accounting procedures are followed.

Anyone know the name of the accounting/audit firm used by Sinclare?

And likely they should offer some clues as to the size of the liabilities stemming from non-payment of fees to the exchanges. In my understanding the only way you're going to get the former level of service ("quickquotes" - virtually "real-time" quotes) is if the exchanges enter into distribution agreements w/ SNCG and that you sign up for that level of quote service.

If you want to see what it is you, the subscriber, have to do in order to receive real-time quotes, go the the IQ site and download the agreements - they are lengthy and contractually binding on the end user. For each exchange you want information from you must agree to their terms and such binding agreement must be in writing, duly signed by you.

The exchanges don't screw around - they mean what they say when they say an end user must be an accredited subscriber of THEIRS as well as the distributor's (SNCG here). That also means a whole lot of overhead expense for the distributor who must handle these significant details, including but not limited to providing the data to the exchanges as necessary. Exchange Fees are involved in addition to the paperwork. sorry to sound like I'm chanting a mantra but this is the whole point - that Sinclare has evaded these responsibilities and now the chickens are coming home to roost.

Once you see these agreements and understand the payment requirements to each exchange you want data from you should see a light bulb shining above your head - representing understanding, particularly the awareness that it can't be done for $29.95 much less $9.95 in the past. Unless of course you're so consumed with missionary zeal that you're in the "none so blind as those who will not see" category.

More to come...
