Berkshire's Charlie Munger on value investing

Here's a book review on Damn Right, a study of Munger's investment philosophy. The guy does not mind volatility since his value bent serves as a floor to his portfolio. His investors had a ride however, the guy concentrated his bets into a few names he found attractive.

With all the Enron style accounting fiascos I'm not sure concentrating bets is the way to go these days - if you can trust the numbers it might be - but if one company "blows up" due to falsified financials it can really hurt a portfolio.
