I don't understand the question. There are 99M shares out there and you probably should subtract insider ownership to get the float. Just because 20+% of shares were traded doesn't mean other sellers out there. Stock found strong support at 40 - will probably have to get some more bad news before breaks this level. I expect CSCC will have some good news out shortly - whether this will move the stock is anyones guess but I wouldn't be surprised to see selling into rally for those who got burned yesterday.
