You keep forgetting that XSNI has to file a registration with the SEC before it can get a NASDAQ listing and that process takes a month or two. Even if they started today and met the listing requirements, XSNI couldn't think about trading until September. By then the Freeserve IPO will be a distant memory.

And Lehmans has said nothing except to deny they are doing anything on an IPO for XSNI. No SEC filing, no IPO on NASDAQ. Period.

There is no way to assign a value to XSNI - even a guess - until you know what resources they have behind them. You are stitching together bits and pieces from all over the place and hoping they will turn into a pretty picture.

For your sake I hope they do. But they may just be rags, too. Most BB stories don't have a happy ending.
