Mark, ***OT*** I think you have hit that one dead on. Who benefits from the application and use of the J/L process is a very big and important question. If Mr. Gardner is successful, we may never know and it won't matter. It would be legal suicide to fight Mr. Gardner if his process produces good results because anyone who fights for a change at that point must be doing it for reasons other than the good of the company. And if Mr. Gardner does NOT succeed, then J/L can have at it.

But as Henry has pointed out, there is no honor is knowingly running up a price on hype just to let those who want to get out, do so. And J/L had their shot at Naxos to accomplish that to the tune of several hundred thousand dollars of our money. So I don't know what would be different now or even a good reason why a return to J/L would even have the effect of a rising price. MGAU is stalled at $2.00 and that is WITH recovery numbers.

Hopefully we will have a much more clear picture of just where we are in just a few days and we can finally close this long and difficult chapter in the history of Naxos and, with the confidence of having a recovery process that works, move on to proving up just how big this property really is.

Good luck to us all.

Tom F.
