steve,
It's not a website. For more information, go to tdc.com
You pay about $200/month for premium service, which includes realtime quotes, various news services, etc. The realtime quotes are dynamically updated on a monitor screen (up to about 30 stocks on a screen) and includes bid/ask, volume of bid/ask, high, low, etc. When news on a stock is out, an asterisk (*) appears next to the stock to tell you to go get the news. The screen is in color, with blue showing a gain, red a loss, and green even for the day.
The nasdaq lvl 2 costs another $100/month. I've not subscribed, but you can get things like real time first call for another $1,000/month and some other news services. It adds up.
You get s/w to run TOL, but you access over the internet. I.e., sign on to an ISP (as fast as possible), then run TOL. It's good for going on the road.
