A training course w/ a guarantee that you will make back the cost of the training? You said you are considering such a course, and I was wondering who is offering it? I noticed in the latest Internet Financial Connection newsletter (on Silicon Investor home page) there is an article listed under Joe Dancy's "interesting articles from the internet" re: daytrading in which Marc Friedfertig is quoted. He is one of the authors of "The Electronic Day Trader", and he says in his experience, as a teacher, that only ONE of fifty daytrading students profits! There has to be a screening process that could reduce these odds, if only the trainers were interested in preventing unsuitable candidates from throwing away money. But the greed of the students is only surpassed by the greed of the teacher. Not a good combination. A question I read in another article recently keeps coming to mind: "But if it's so easy you have to wonder why the miners would stop mining for gold and start selling maps to the mine."
