Tracy I do not follow your "logic" at all. Just because a micro cap issue is volatile does not make it a pump & dump. Most micro caps with lots of things going on are volatile. <<...when SDMT closed the EBLD acquisition- on normal stocks there should have been a rally, but on SDMT there was the BIG DUMP>> When SDMT closed the EBLD acquisition there was no big dump; there was a mild sell-off. This is typical - haven't you ever heard the axiom, "buy the rumor, sell the news...?" Everyone knew the acquisition was going to close; there were probably some short-term traders hoping to get a nice bounce on the news. Victor
