Mark B., I understand Award sells mostly to the Asian market. I was also told that they've had to reduce the number of shares and price on their stock offering. I think they're shocked like everyone else that SYSF (they list as a major competitor) is at such an outrageous price and they also see PTEC/Intel taking away a lot of their business, so they see this as their best chance at raising some money. On the positive side, at least they have a couple of analysts that are fairly well known, Prudential and Needham and another, and at some point they'll have to get people thinking about major competitors... such as PTEC. It may not help a lot, but it's better than nothing. Now if PTEC could get some decent size analysts of their own... there wouldn't be the major discrepency between PTEC & SYSF stock prices. I believe PTEC stock price should be higher than SYSF on a business value basis and this will be reflected at some point, in the next 6-12 months I suspect.
