I spoke with Adrian Corbett President of Majestic transportation today who was able to give me more information on the restraint system. He indicated again that there are 17 states requiring restraints. He also indicated that they have an order in Southern CA, one in Virginia and negotiations pending on several others. He was able to confirm that he heard Westrend was in negotiations for distribution and referred me to their IR person, Clay Chase who can be reached at Majestic's headquarters.
