Jim, As far as the US not wanting unification of North and South Korea. Seems perfectly possible to me. Should the North have a change of heart. Would those in the south accept the Norths form of government? I don't think too many would.

You'd be surprised. Remember, if you start with the mentality that America (or American "neocons") is the root of all evil, you can "logically" come to some ridiculous conclusions. For example, North Korea is poor and starving not because their communist system is broken or because Kim Jong Il is a fat moron, but because they were forced to spend most of their resources deterring the Americans.

In other words, imagine a Korean version of Ted!
