Point #1: If WIND funds development of their headquarters, does this make them a REIT? Land-speculator? S&L? Competitor to Koll?

Point #2: I am unacquainted with anyone actually in the embedded systems industry who believes WIND is "the major player". Aside from yourself and WIND management, can you give some names?
