jmt is very much mistaken when he states that there is not enough information to assess the financial situation. He obviously has not done enough DD or followed the acquisition trail carefully. All companies that have been acquired are currently profitable. Call the management of each and they will talk to you as they did to me. The names of the Presidents of each company have been listed on the Message Boards and in a Press Release.

When the 10Q comes out, you will realize that this is not the same management that created the 12/31/97 financial picture. EDII is currently profitable and will continue to become more profitable every month from now on.

This stock is a winner jmt. You should buy some at these bargain prices.
