Correct me if I am wrong, but Montgomery had a relationship with CYMI that others on the street looked to for guidance. As far as I know, they have no such relationship with Agouron. That said, downgrades often hurt volatile stocks like AGPH. Particularly when rumours and speculation are rampant (i.e. what's going to be said in Toronto). Let's see what reasons Montgomery gives for their change.
