Check your history bubba. No Prez other than Clinton has fared so poorly with the voters despite minority election. In contrast the Reps have won an unprecedented string of victories over his party.

As I reiterate, Clinton fared so amazingly poorly in 1994 that he holds the record for loss of seats during his tenure. I can't help it if the voters rejected Clinton so early and so greatly that 1998 looked good, Clinton still holds the record for weak Presidents.
