Remember this for the Class Action

I hope all the folks here remember these earnings numbers for the Class Action Suit next year and how they passed of 41 million in Education renveues as a "Real" number..... How arrogant. Can they get away with this again?

For those with a short memory Novell has made the much dreaded and often feared Inventory Adjustment 2 times now... In 9 Quarters for over 350 million. I think there is a very good chance we will see it a third time in 3 or 4 more quarters if they hold true to form.

Thay have to grow or they are TOAST! It will be a riot at the Annual.
Things are really desperate. They had better grow or the lawyers will get a nice cut on the backside along with the vultures who pick over the carcass.

The earnings numbers are ridiculous - I thought they had learned a lesson. The channel model is a failure and Novell will never be able to forecast demand with those "Glasses" on. Sooner or later that worthless inventory has to be purged. What's 3.12 or 4.11 worth after MOAB is released? How many millions are in the channel? They will take it all back at some point. A prudent approach would be to scale back shipments now not accelerate them..... What are they thinking.

It's an Instant Replay....Eric has taken some bad advice from someone and his last name starts with a.....
