More TEXN info from News May 13, 1998

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 1998--21st Century Technologies Inc. (OTC/BB:TEXN - news) is
nearing completion of the audit of its 1997 and preceding years' financial statements.

On an unaudited basis, 1997 ended profitably and the first four months of 1998 have continued this trend.

Night sight orders have increased geometrically and to fill the orders the company is adding another production shift and
ordering more of the special machines, the CNC Fadal VMC-15 Vertical Machining Centers. The machined sites are far more
popular than those cast. Most of the expansion has been made possible from cash flow.

Law-enforcement officers in the field have raved about special aspects of the product and have freely provided endorsements,
available upon request.

A surge of new orders has inundated the factory. Some customers seeking the product line are renewals; others are new
additions.

Trident Division

In addition, the Australian Army just ordered six sets of magnetic ''Grippers'' from the Trident division. This is a very profitable,
highly proprietary product, the only one of its kind. Grippers are worn on hands and feet to enable the user to climb any vertical
or traverse any steel structure.

The gripper is a lightweight magnetic device that attaches to any ferromagnetic material -- iron, steel, or their alloys. The gripper
sells for $4,750/pair and complies with safety standards designed by OSHA.
