Allow me to teach you something about women:
If it's ok for your mother to terminate you at 20 weeks, why is it not ok to terminate you at two years old?
No woman is going to carry a baby for 20 weeks (five months!), go through months of morning sickness, distort her body, and get fat... and then terminate the pregnancy, unless it is somehow absolutely essential.
Most women with the brains of a bird figure out that they are pregnant within three weeks of conception. Those who do not want the baby will abort very soon thereafter - before the morning sickness, before the bulge in the belly, before everyone around her starts asking questions.
If abortion is outlawed like you nuts advocate, all that will do is force women who want abortions to go to dingy, back-alley, quasi-doctors and be operated on in unsanitary conditions. That is dangerous, in case you were wondering, not only to the little cluster of cells you love so, but also to the mother who doesn't really seem to matter much in your line of reasoning.
If a woman during her fifth month of pregnancy wants to abort, it is pretty much always because she has to. There might be a couple of women out there who actually enjoy going through the hardships of pregnancy AND ruin their figure only to have an abortion after five months, but their numbers must be very small indeed.
The women does not have the right to choose murder
