In the twentiety century, experiments have shown that
Light obeys the laws of gravity. We can observe an infinite
number of points of light in the Universe. We assume that
these points of lights are masses.
Each time light passes near one of these masses the direction
of the light is altered as a function of the the gravitational
force of the mass that it is passing. Multiply
this force by the infinite number of masses, and the initial point
of origin of the light cannot be determined without knowing the exact number
and magnitude of the gravitational fields that have acted
upon the beam of light from its intial point of orgin.

Theoretically, the gravitational fields of the infinite
masses in the universe coupled with an infinite space
could have caused every point of observable light reaching
the earth to loop over themselves several times.
Consequently, we cannot determine the initial position or
distance of points of light outside our solar
system with any degree of certitude.
