As for the downgrade-buy-profit scenario, I think you have hit the nail on the head. If you study the strx chart and news dates closely, you will notice a significant pullback prior to ALL the recent big releases. It has been a very nice ride for the savvy trader who is able to 'buy on fear' a good story like the Specialty Terminations And Routing saga. This stock (and the company) have a very bright future in a rapidly expanding market.
