Blandly: I never ran across the name Gordon Moore while reading the SC13D filed by Moore Capital Managment. The only name I came across was Larry M. Bacon, who also invested. Interesting that the SC13D of Microsoft was filed the same day as the SC13D of Moore Capital Management. 48.7% stock ownership between the three of them.

Still don't know what I am missing but downside for me is 1 27/32.
