This is in response to your December 18th comments. Your comments are very helpful. To answer a couple of your questions:

1. In 1996 Asia comprised about 25% to 30% of QKTN's business. I do not know the current percentages and whether the current Asian situation in general has resulted in a slow down in orders for QKTN.

2. As to whether QKTN reduced prices due to competition from Ikos, my understanding is that QKTN did cut prices (in some cases sustantially) to gain the orders.
