SEC Investigation possible over recent DSC Communication (digi) acquisition. I never liked DSC as a company but it appears former shareholders have a case. However, I still believe DSC would have traded lower without ALA to buy them out. From Reuters: "Alcatel was down 4.9 percent at 543. The company denied it had information that had led it to downgrade its profit forecast when it was bidding for U.S. DSC (NYSE:ALA - news). Brokers said the shares were under pressure on fears of a Securities and Exchange Commission inquiry."
