Could Black & Decker (NYSE:BDK - News) be the next tool company to preannounce to the upside?

I know the stock's at its 52-week high, but if you look at the companies that have guided up in the last 48 hours, you have to believe Black & Decker is now debating whether it should let people know that things are pretty rosy indeed.
