I'll give it a good maybe. Here's why...(let's all play junior TA)
Last selloff went on lower volume versus each of the previous 3 drops and the 5 minute chart looked for a bottom on the OBV with the rally to 17 (unlike the rally from 19 to 19.875). Selling volume MAY be over temporarily.

MACD,RSI on 30 min and hourly each have higher lows as the price fell.Next positive step is for them to turn north as you say. 5 minute MACD is above zero and pointing that way (a positive open?). Stochastic is just giving a quick buy.

Daily indicators aren't positive for MACD, but could turn as early as tomorrow with a pop. The price did not break the 10d BB but did so on the 20d BB which happened on the first breakdown at 16.5 and almost so on the move to 15. So the close was not great (black body candlestick, but it showed a reversal hammer).

Weekly sucks but it always does when the bottom is ultimately reached.

All we need is a catalyst and positive open and move to 19 tomorrow. That is not asking too much after this analysts meeting is it? A nice PR and some pre - Supercomm buying would complete the picture.

What's this PR i see:?

Westell Targeting Desktop... yadada blaah blaah.
