I have no opinion what you should do with your shares. LOL! O.K. I actually have a very small position in HWP...and I have paper stock certificates that I need to take to my broker. If I already had these certificates in my brokerage account, then I would probably have considered selling. As a shareholder (at least for awhile longer)...I'm not happy with this proxy "war" to gain my vote.
