Agree 100%. I'm just wondering if a site exists that explains all this. I have a friend doing battle with some unenlightened posters on the Motley Fool board and he wanted to reference a site.

Frankly, I hope WCDMA is ready 5/01 and operators begin adopting it in droves. I would rather have that scenario then the scenario we're more likely facing...3G adoption not really hitting on a large scale til 2003 or 2004. Perhaps not til 2005.

It wouldn't effect my fortitude for my investment in Q, however, it would delay Q's glory years much further into the future.

Hopefully, CDMA2000 gets put in by a EU operator or two and soon, so ALL the dominoes in Fortress EU will fall en masse.
