My first investment (on my own w/o broker help) was ... Qualcom. I bought at $247.00 and sold in the 390's. In hindsight, that was waaay too soon! Anyway, I made money! BTW, thanks to all for the support and kind words during my mother's illness. It has been a really difficult time and your thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated.
