Jules,

Keep the great posts about these tech conferences and analysts' meetings coming. You seem to attend alot of these functions. As far as Intel's quarterly earnings go, i am a bit concerned with how the strong dollar will effect their earnings. Does anyone know if they hedge it in anyway? I think i may have asked this once before somewhere, but i don't remember the answer. I only ask this because the Pacific Rim seems to be showing the most growth for Intel and PC's in general. I still think they will at least meet the current $1.08 mean estimate, maybe even beat it by 2 - 3 cents.

On another note, i was surprised at how quickly the Intel bears came out when Intel tested 70 recently. Talk about jumping the gun. Most of the people who called a drop had called it below or very near $70 as i remember it. That doesn't seem much of a reason to go around screaming you were correct. Personally, i'll buy Intel @ $70...$60...$98 7/8...$78...$6...$42 1/2...$110 1/16. Basically, i'll throw some money at Intel regardless of what Wall Street feels at the time, as long as i have some extra cash to be invested in a high quality tech company. If you are wondering weather or not i put my money where my mouth is, let me tell you that i did buy some more Intel on Tuesday. Short term it may not have been the best move, but i really don't care about the short term. Long term i feel it was a good investment.
