MAX, you kow as well as I that even if all of the dissedents proxys were allowed that they didnt have enough votes to win. The dissedents proxy form had nine names and the shareholders were asked to pick 8 of them......most of the dissedents picked all nine. Those proxys were invalid. Gardner nominated 4 dissendents as he was supposed to....Father Gregory backed out because he had ZERO intention of ever holding to the agreement. He made the agreement thinking that he had the votes to take over with all of the 8 dissedents on the board. He tried to pull a fast one and back out of the deal when he believed that he had the votes to take over the company. He is a blatent liar and can not be trusted. I know i will get blasted for calling a priest a liar but i have seen this man in action too many times and he deserves none of thee respect that a man of the cloth truely deserves. Larry Macklin
