OT - Homebuilders. Don't do much w/waves, but it does appear to me from both an FA standpoint and a wave standpoint that we're in the final blowoff stage for the homebuilders. finance.yahoo.com Not time to short yet, but maybe in a few more months. Big wildcard though is to what extent there will be mergers yet or will these co's pay bigger dividends. Been burned too many times shorting more than I've made good money so probably won't do too much with this, but who knows.
