Red I've tried to explain it, I can't do more. IMO you are once again building YOUR expectations up on a misunderstanding, and in such a way that they have little chance of being fulfilled. That way leads to mistaken diaappointment, so you're probably wise to be out, at least temporatily. If you've made up your mind that the market won't accept the grade and valuation of the sheet unless the 3.5" core s bring up some large stones, depnding what you mean by large, I believe that may be your view, but not a meaningful one, and dommed to diasappointment. We'll just have to agree to disagree! IMHO the market will accept the Engineer's report, and evaluation. Cheers
