I do think Eli has been most wise and extremely clever to
have apparently manipulated the industry in SNDK's favor.

I never thought of it that way.

Hopefully in the near future we will not only see further
royalty agreements but far greater production capabilities.

Perhaps "tincture of time" is needed here, as you suggest.
